How to Participate in a Reading
Understand how a reading works with me as we follow the flow of a reading
Starting the Reading
You have the opportunity to ask your questions, or you can ask for messages. You can ask for messages around a situation, such as family, life, or children, or questions about your path or your direction. They will answer you in a way that resonates with you, meaning if you are worried about something, they will know, and they will provide reassurance. If you need support and encouragement, they will know, and they will offer you support or encouragement. If you are looking for something, they will help guide you in the direction to find what you are looking for.
They do not give answers to you to help solve a problem- it is up to you to find the answer! They do not tell you what you “should” do - you have to make that decision yourself! They do not tell you everything you want to know because it is up to you to find some of these answers and make these decisions on your own!
During the Reading
During the session, you are free to ask questions either to yourself or out loud! If you ask the question to yourself, they will know! You won’t need to tell me! I will relay any answers they offer. You don’t need to have questions - you may want to just listen to what they have to share.
Your loved ones and your spirit team are all watching over you! They know and understand your life, how you are feeling, what is going on with your family or your career, if you are having financial or relationship issues, if you are lonely, sad or worried. You do not need to explain any situations to them! They will offer their love and support based on what is happening in your life and how they can help!
Oftentimes, your guides, angels, and other members of your spirit team will chime in with additional messages of love and support! They know that if you are here, you have a belief in the spiritual realm, and they are happy to offer their support as well! They can answer questions about any subject or topic you have because they, too, know everything about your life and what you are experiencing! This is the perfect time to ask about your gifts (although it may come up from your loved ones because they are often eager to share what they know about you!) or to ask any other questions you may have. Angels and even Archangels will enter the reading to deliver messages of love and offer their help as well! You can call on Angels of any kind as well as Ascended Masters or Interstellars, if you feel called to do so!
Moving Through the Reading
As we move through the reading, I will “deliver the mail,” not “read the mail,” meaning I will convey the message as it’s told to me without interpreting meaning. The meaning is left to you to understand - remember, they know what you want to know! Sometimes, I may see images or flashes of information that come to me in an effort to help me understand what they are trying to convey if they cannot put it into words. I may describe what I see or feel (such as emotions of love, happiness, or feelings in a part of my body) in an effort to help deliver the message. My strongest gifts are my clairaudience (hearing their words) and automatic writing (where they write using my hands!), although I am open to all of my gifts.
There is no pressure to understand what they are saying to you at that moment. It may take a day or so for you to “grasp” the meaning of their words if they did not resonate with you at that time. Remember, in the “background,” your guides and other members of your spirit team are talking to you ALL THE TIME, and they will be helping you understand or remember the messages you received! Take time to process the messages! There is no rush!
Every Session is unique because every Soul is unique
While I work with guides, angels, and other light beings, the session is always centered on you—your energy, your questions, and what your soul is ready to receive in that moment.
What Comes Through
The information shared may include:

Not everything is meant to be “figured out” by the mind. Some messages land directly in the soul, where healing begins quietly and continues to unfold over time.
Healing on Conscious and Soul Levels
Every session is a form of healing—whether it’s felt immediately or gradually.
Sometimes healing looks like relief, emotional release, or clarity. Other times it shows up later as a shift in perspective, a sense of peace, or a feeling of being more aligned with yourself.
Your higher self always knows what you need, even if you don’t come in with a specific question.
A Safe, Judgment-Free Space
I meet you exactly where you are—without judgment, pressure, or expectations.
My work is not about predicting your future or telling you what to do. It’s about supporting your healing, understanding, and self-trust through messages that are aligned with your highest good.
If something comes through, it’s because your soul is ready to receive it.
After the Reading
You may leave feeling lighter, calmer, validated, or deeply reflective. It’s also normal for insights to continue surfacing days or weeks afterward.
Oftentimes, this is when things or messages “begin to make sens,e” and connections are made! Sometimes when we hear the message, we aren’t sure exactly what is meant at that time. Later, after we’ve processed the information and it has “settled in” you begin to “connect the dots” and understand the message as it was intended to be heard!
